Purpose: To establish standards for determining degree requirements and policies that apply to students’ completion of degree programs and other awards.
Part 1: Effective Catalog Requirement
Subpart A: Students completing program requirements in four or fewer years may follow the catalog requirements in effect at the time of their initial enrollment or the requirements of any succeeding catalog in effect during their enrollment.
Subpart B: Students who take longer than four years to complete program requirements may follow any single catalog in effect during the four-year period preceding the date they complete the program.
