The certificate in Hotel Operations Management is designed for lodging professionals and career changers who want to take advantage of the increasing opportunities in the accommodations sector of tourism.

The program will assist students in developing communications skills needed to lead and manage a successful accommodations business towards profitability.
Graduates of the certificate in Hotel Operations Management possess the competencies to enter the accommodations sector as an entry-level manager.
The certificate in Hotel Operations Management may be completed by students working towards an AAS in Hospitality and Tourism Management, AAS in Business Management, and/or an AS in Business Transfer Pathway.
